1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the ooktk website (https://ooktk.ws) and all related services. By using ooktk's services, you agree to comply with all terms outlined here.

This document has been prepared in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh and international gaming regulations. ooktk operates as a licensed online betting operator, and our Terms & Conditions are fully aligned with those licensing requirements.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account and place bets on ooktk, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

• Single Account: Only one account is permitted per person, household, or device.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when betting on ooktk and are in effect across all sports and betting markets.

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Odds Changes: The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are final. Any subsequent odds changes will not apply.
• Minimum Bet: The minimum stake per single bet is ৳100.

• Match Cancellation: If a match is cancelled or postponed, your stake will be refunded, unless ooktk's specific rules state otherwise.
• Live Betting: In live betting, wagers are locked immediately upon acceptance. ooktk is not responsible for any issues arising from connection interruptions.

If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error or system malfunction, ooktk reserves the right to void the affected bets. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Ooktk offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms that users are required to follow.

Welcome Bonus

• New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit.
• The maximum bonus amount is ৳10,000.
• A minimum 5x wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing any bonus funds.
• If wagering is not completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.

General Bonus Terms

• A user may not participate in the same promotion more than once.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, ooktk reserves the right to cancel the bonus.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ooktk and may result in immediate account termination:

• Match Fixing: Any attempt to influence or manipulate match results.
• Bots & Automation: Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Arbitrage Betting: Attempts to exploit system vulnerabilities for risk-free profit.
• Bonus Abuse: Collecting bonuses using multiple accounts or false information.
• Hacking: Attempting unauthorized access to the system or other users' accounts.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes.

7 Account Suspension & Termination

Ooktk may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• False or incomplete registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• At the user's own request.

Upon account closure, your verified balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned. However, if the account is closed due to prohibited activity, the balance may be forfeited.

8 Limitation of Liability

Ooktk is not liable for the following:

• Bets lost or affected due to internet disconnection.
• Losses resulting from third-party hacking or phishing attacks (where user negligence is a contributing factor).
• Service suspension in force majeure events (natural disasters, war, pandemic).
• Delayed transactions due to technical issues on third-party payment provider systems.

Ooktk always strives to maintain service quality, but 100% uptime cannot be guaranteed. The service may be temporarily unavailable during scheduled maintenance.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

10 Responsible Betting

Ooktk believes in responsible betting and wants to help users build healthy betting habits. Betting is for entertainment — not a source of income.

• You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits at any time.
